Ideal Image guaranteed me hair removeal at 3800.00. They gave me laser the same day of consultation 1 week after a wax. They advs me not to shave. For 3 -4 treatment i burned with blister on my face and additional hairs continued to grow, finaling during the last 2 treatment after a year of this. hair continued to grow an then they said I must have hormones issues. My last treatment, I was advsd some people in work for some it does, and they could not guarantee me 100 90 or 80 70 percent. I advised my decrease is 60 percent however its a decrease like a wax, when I came in I had a face full of hair, very depressing after all most two years. They gave me an option of 3 more treatments but now could not guarantee me or a refund. I advs i would take the refund. I recvd a call no refund however 3 more painful treatment . I advsd I would just go back to waxing at 15.00 every 3 month, she agreed and refuse my last treatment. Now Im out of 3800K and facial hair is still growing . I need help. They didnt even offer to give me half. but more painful treatment that obviiously doesnt work after 2 years. I need help.
