RockAuto - Auto mirror order [protected] - [protected]@gmail.com

Vendor refuses to accept return unopened product for which I disputed payment via CITI credit card. CITI found in behalf of RockAuto for shipping charges. That process took 33 days. After hearing the resolution, I was willing to pay all shipping charges for unopened package, but RockAuto will not accept return since return was over 30 days after initial receipt.

Desired outcome: Preferred: Receive Shipping authorization with RockAuto providing shipping label.2nd choice: I pay for return shipment, but RockAuto accepts return and credits my account for price of order less return shipping.

RockAuto - Return of wrong part

Jan. 19th ordered part # GMK4033233705 part arrived Jan.22nd
Order # [protected]. Tried to return part because it was not the right part.
I could not return part because their system would not recognize my contact information (phone number or email address) therefore I could not complete the return process. Rock Auto does not have customer service by phone or email. I could not contact anyone at that company anyway at all.

Desired outcome: return of price paid plus return shipping

RockAuto - ABS messes up after new hub bearing assembly install

I just had to pay over $700 for someone to press in new wheel bearings on a NEW part. Why? The aftermarket companies can't apparently make ABS wheel bearing encoder rings that work. Replaced my 2 front knuckle hub assemblies specifically so I didn't have to use special tools to replace growling wheel bearings. This is a serious problem because now the wheel speed sensors can't get proper signal and the ABS now wants to activate at EVERY stop sign.
Their customer service is seriously ridiculous. I tried to get them to reimburse me for repairs and it only gave me an option of return. The part is already on the car, why do I have to return it and why do you offer repair reimbursement and not have an efficient website that can either A. process the reimbursement (or at least try to some other way) and B. Provide you with somebody in customer service to help you cause they automatically say on the phone call to them that they can't talk about service issues.
So, you send an email. The response? "Please visit our website and go into our Order Status and Returns page". I also went over 90 days when trying to return the knuckles because of trying to replace the bearings with special tools, something I tried to avoid. None of my tools were working. I spent over $100 in a bearing removal kit and a hydraulic press and couldn't replace the bearings. So I had a shop replace the bearings and it cost me $700. Now since I am now over 100 days returning is not an option, which brings you into a vicious loop of repeating ways to continue to talk to a real person. And getting nowhere.

Desired outcome: Allow return of product

RockAuto - Product does not match catalog listing, poor customer service

11-17-2020 order #159512648 PA Cargo MRK9600G rebuild kit w/pistons. The kit I received has no pistons. This rebuild kit is listed in there catalogue with pistons and they are missing. they refuse to make my order right. I've included screenshots from there catalogue to show what I ordered and how it is listed. This rebuild kit is for a 2004 Ford Freestar 4.2L engine. Not to mention that Deluxe Master transmission rebuild kits are as complete as possible, this is an industry standard.

RockAuto - Parts purchased

I purchased parts (brake caliper rebuild kits) that were specific to my vehicle. After receiving the parts I checked to see if they fit, 1 part did and the second part did not. I put the items back in the original boxes and attempted to call them but as I found out, there is no customer service to speak to, only online. They would not refund me or accept returned products. If I didnt see their office online, I would swear moe larry and curley were running this out of their basement. Picture shows part on left is new part that cant install, on right is old part installed. Totally different parts but they refuse to do anything about it. Do not shop here!
