What the hell are you doing that makes your work culture so toxic that no pharmacist wants work for you?! Are you even paying them a competitive wage? I have been using the pharmacy on Brackett Ave in Eau Claire WI for years and since 2020 they’ve had to change pharmacy hours, close the drive thru, and then even with all that, sometimes the pharmacist doesn’t even show up - like this morning. I have one dose of my prescription left and if I don’t take it even one day on time, I get massive migraines, buzzing brain, and stomach aches. Other people were there with me needing their medication to take TODAY and were left without a solution other than to “come back later.” It’s a [censored]ing disgrace to a company that’s whole business model is built around a pharmacy. While you might blame the team/field leader or even the pharmacists themselves, you can’t [censored]ing fool me. Corporate is the problem. Raise your [censored]ing benefits and wage standards. Allow your people to be in unions so that they can stand up to you bloodsucking [censored]. People need their prescriptions - this is not some “inconvenience” to the customer. This can be life-or-death for people not getting their meds. Get your [censored]ing [censored] together so you don’t have an angry, righteous mob burning and looting your stores. Have some [censored]ing compassion, be a human. Also, I am ranting and threatening because I have literally no other avenue to call you on your [censored]. Your days are numbered. End rant.
