We purchase a 2020 Subaru Forester from your dealer in Spokane Valley, Wa we first were informed that we would have the buy a new car to get the options of a crosstrek 2019, And come to find out the 2020 Forester didn't have the options when we bought the car, We were told to contact the DM and he would make it right, we tried but he never called back, And he's never there when we go down to talk to him, Then a couple months after we had the car we decided to cancel the warranty's on the car, The finance manger hid in him office for a hour before he came and got us like he was avoiding us, Then he told us we could cancel a few of our warranty's but canceled about 4000 dollars we signed the paperwork but didn't cancel all the warranty's, It's been over a month and we call Chase financial and they told us Autonation never released the money nor have they heard from them, we tried calling the finance manager and he's always busy and never returns our call, not only he wouldn't cancel all our warranty's but Chase hasn't got no paperwork on file to deduct the money on our loan very Disappointed on the outcome never again will we buy a car from this dealer
