Walgreens - Revision

I stop at Walgreens (in Tukwila, Wa. and 144th) yesterday morning on my way to work to buy chocolates for a co-worker. When I approach to the register (I believe name Amma) had a poor customer service attitude that I notice with the ladies in front of me, they were from another country trying to figure out the bills and coins, but the impatient cashier started racing her voice at them.
When my turn came I ask her if she could please check my points, didn't bother to check and she only responded "you don't have any" I though ok and I made a comment if the store had a new paid pad, she said yes and told me "you'll get your receipt via email". I walked out to my car and check my email for my receipt because I feel like the amount was a little too much but I didn't find it.
I went back inside and stand in the line again avoiding to be rude and just go strait to the cashier, as soon as I asked her to double check my prices because I didn't receive an email she immediately rolled her eyes and took a deep breath, she ask me to enter my phone number and asked me the exact time I did the purchase, I said 5 minutes ago and it was a little over $30.00 than she went to the back came back and said sorry with a little of information there's nothing I can do for you. I said what do you mean? let me talk to your manager and she said don't try to cause a problem lady you been very disrespectful I said... I have not been disrespectful you just don't wanna do your job, just add all the items and you will figure out the amount. She said no, I can't do that and went to the back again saying she was gonna print the receipt, after a while another lady came to me asking for the amount again and I said it was over $30.00 and went back to the office. The cashier came back and started adding the items to figure out the amount. I said... as simple as that, then she went off and stared yielding in front of customers saying this is not simple you been very rude, you're and grown woman trying to make a problem. I said don't be arguing with me than she continued talking and went back to the office, came back and put the copy of my receipt on top of the chocolates, I said ok what do you have to do now and she responded, I don't have to do anything for you if I don't want to. I said look I have to go you already made me late do what you have to do to fix the amount I need to go. She continued arguing until another cashier asked her to stop and said you just don't engage when she was the one arguing and arguing. Finally she did the transaction and I was able to leave after 30 minutes.
Walgreens has always been my pharmacy but employees like this one will probably make me change my main. I know this location deals with a lot of street people but customers can't all be treated that way. This person has very poor customer service skills she looks mad at this life and I feel sorry for her but I really hope some one takes care of this issue and I hope she did the transition to get my money back. Thank you very much
*I aske for the manager's name and they told me is Zac
