Walgreens - Pharmacy RX monthly issues

I just moved to this area and I have used Walgrens for many years. This is the only walgreens even close to me and it is 20 min away. I have been going there now for 1 year. Every month (no joke) they have either messed up my RX refill, just have not filled one or 2 meds or are out of the medication. They also could look and tell me you need to get your Doctor to renew the RX but will tell me that my RX's will be ready is 3 hours and I get there (keep in mind with waiting 15 min on fast side in drive through,) that I need to have my Doctor Renew certain Rx's so I do this and I come back the next day and they tell me that I still have one that needs to renewed as well. I mean really? They can not just tell me all of the RX's so I do not have to call My Doctor several times and drive to them several times? The customer service is so bad.

So last night they had messed up 4 RX's (that were suppose to be ready monthly on the 8th, a phone service I was just offered "BIG FAIL") When I get there to pick them up they had 2 out of 5 of my Rx's and I did go ahead and order another and was told all would be taken care of and the one I just ordered would be today Plus the others they did not fill

I go to pick it up and the girl tells me the RX is expired however, My Doctors office just renewed it last month. While I am talking to her a guy comes up and says, I have to close ALL the windows it is our lunch time. I said so you are going to make me wait 30 min before you finish helping me? He said if we have your RX's we will come back out... Are you kidding me. He closes the Shades on me.. Right in my face! I was SHOCKED! And that is saying this nicely. So rude. They just do not care. The girl that was helping me, came back out with my other RX's (10 minutes later) and told me to call me Dr to have that other Rx renewed, so I do and they tell me they renewed it last month. (Just like I had already told her, and keep in mind the girl that I talked to last night said it would be ready today and saw no problem with this. They told me to call my Doctor it is best I call and not them. So, I have to call my Doctors office. Unreal. My guess is They forgot to fill it, so they put it on me to jump through hoops instead of filling the RX. I guess lunch is more important. I call my Doctors and they tell me that they refilled this RX last month (just like I told the girl) and Its refilled for 3 months. So, now I need to call and talk to the Store Manager I guess. When this RX runs out in January I will have to go to another pharmacy. This Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The wait time is always 3+ hours and then they still do not get all my rxs filled, so for 12 months I have had to come back (A hour out of my day to do this) and even then they will still mess up and they do not apologize. They honestly just do not care. Unstaffed or just poor hiring? IDK? I can tell you that this time was the icing on the cake with the Guy closing the window in my face and was so rude about it. 2 times not filling my RXs correctly. I went in last night and today and now have to go back again but will have to call the manager first to insure I am not wasting my time again. So 3 hours of driving with gas prices high, and they just do not care. It is not like you guys do anything to make up to someone for wasting my time... Not even a apology. They shut a BLIND right in my face. Time to give up on this Walgreens and move all my Rxs. Too bad, I always liked to drive up and get my RX and have gone to Walgrens for what 10+ years easy maybe 20 years, you have my records you should look. I use to go to Bothell Thrasher Corner. Now you are going to lose me as a customer. I will not shop at any of your stores anymore either. No way. If you do not care to give your customers decent customer service then I will give my money to someone that wants me as a customer. So disappointing. I really think this Store manager needs to know how bad this really is. I am not exaggerating either. It really is this bad. Bad enough for me to the time to write this and I will and post and warn people on Social media to not waste their time at this location. I am writing you to give you one last chance to fix this. If you do not care to do that, so be.

Desired outcome: Have my RX ready and make up for my lost time as well as A simple apology would be nice.
