Apria send bills that do not indicate in any way what the charge is for. They fail to bill your insurance then send you a bill without telling you what the bill is for. You can show them the Visa transaction where you paid the bill and they refuse to acknowledge the payment, insisting that you still owe it. Their customer support is terrible. It usually takes 30-60 of waiting on the phone before someone will answer. Before giving you your C-Pap, they require you to attend a training session, which would be OK except that they schedule you several weeks out. When I got to the class, they had a large classroom which could easily handled 2-3 times the number of students. (Office in Federal Way Washington). They seem to have no concern for you that represents 2 weeks additional of not being able to breath or sleep.
