Apria is currently attempting to charge me in excess of Medicare and my Medicare Supplement plan in spite of two intervention from Healthnet telling them to resubmit the claim to Medicare because their numbers don't add up. Apria has since sent the charges for collection. I've had to enlist legal services from Hicap to investigate the fraud and get them off my back. If you Google Apria fraud you will see the multi million dollar settlement they recently reached for fraudulent charges.

Recommendation: Find another provider for Cpap supplies to avoid the financial and psycholgical stress of dealing with a dishonest provider. Contact Hicap services for legal assistance.
