We ordered a yard waste bin from Waste Mangement over 2 months ago. Each week they advised that the bin would be delivered on Monday and to put out the yard waste in paper bags for pick up. We are being charged for the service even without a bin. Our yard waste has not been picked up for 5 weeks. Every Monday I am told that our yard waste will be picked up and the bin will be delivered and neither occur. We have to move the yard waste in damp paper bags to our back yard every week that they don't pick it up. I called today and they advised that the bin would be delivered by the end of the day. I called again at 3:30 today and was told that they have "inventory issues" and the bin wouldn't be delivered. I asked if they were going to pick up the yard waste and the call taker stated that the driver said that we "didn't have any for pick up." The yard waste was sitting right next to our garbage can all day. I have called or chatted with a customer service rep every week and every week they advise that the bin will be delivered and the yard waste will be picked up the following Monday. I have been very patient and kind with the customer service reps, but I am really disappointing to be paying for a service that we aren't receiving.
Desired outcome: Please deliver the yard waste bin and pick up the yard waste.
