We ordered our appliances on Black Friday from Home Depot in Williston, Vermont. They arrived at a warehouse the last week of January 2021. We asked for them to be delivered February 12th. The delivery company canceled due to a storm. I called them repeatedly to see where my appliances were with no response. Home Depot called me last week to tell me my appliances were shipped back to Samsung! We now have to live with no appliances until mid May with 2 kids! This is unacceptable on all levels especially since the delivery agency LIED and said I canceled the order. I certainly did not as we were waiting patiently for the delivery on 2/12. I am beyond upset! Unacceptable!
