Pizza Hut - manager complaint

Client number N/A
Rude phone conversation about the price and delivery of 6 pizza to a doctors office.
The Manager was of no help and was loud and rude. He repeated what I would ask him regarding the pizza and asked if I could understand what HE was saying?
I would like that he change the way he speaks to customers!
