Cracker Barrel

On Sunday November 7, 2021 we decided to call in an order to cracker barrell at 5pm. The local cracker barrell is on hornsby lane here in newport news, va.
We ordered the family meal, homestyle fried chicken. It comes with 2 sides, we ordered man n cheese and hashbrown casserole. I waited in the store over 35 minutes on the order. So over 45 minutes all together we waited. I spoke to the manage Kevin about the excessive wait. He claimed it was about right on the time. Looked through bag there was no honey mustard or ranch that was asked for. We live about 5 to 6 minutes away. The mac n cheese was ice cold and the casserole was also cold.
we reheated it and ate. This is the rhird time this has happened this year. It will be my last time eating here unless you can restore my faith in the restaurant.
