At Canon Newport News they are running an operation that is unorganized and the people talk to the employees how they want to. The Express Lead Nikki yells at the employees on a daily basis while he supervisor Earnistine does he same. there have been numerous fights in there.
Also as far as products go. No gloves are worn when putting the covid test in boxes. With supplies fall on floor hey blow them off with breath and put them right back on the line. Such disgust and disgrace.
Desired outcome: They need to change the way they operate and the way they talk to the 200+ employees there who are making a pay rate of $11-12.50. They also need to clean supplies that fall better than they do.
