Mark Smith is the owner of this restaurant, an obvious shovinist. Seriously not 1 male server. While 1 server will provide great service most are just mediocre. The cooks do a pretty decent job cooking but when the meat is going bad before it hits the grill, im not certain how Mark Smith the owner could even dare think that the food would actually taste good. On top of terrible management, mediocre service, and just decently cooked food thats already rotting, the general mgr Mark Smith seems to think its okay to hold contests and just simply never pay the reward for winning. He drives a white bmw, large black gentleman, feel free to stop by and get your entire meal completely free due to the terrible experience you will probably have. I bid u goodluck at this place

On January 1st 2019 my family went to Longhorn Steakhouse at 4409 S Laburmum Avenue Richmond Virginia approx @ 1:30pm. The Food was awful, the lobster bisque was
Mush. I asked the manager to go back in the kitchen take a spoon and try it. The shrimp fell right apart as soon as I took it out I'd the bowl. It was like it was frozen at first
Then thawed out and microwaved. The consistency was very watery! Disgusting. Worst soup of my life. I could tell the shrimp was OLD! Took my kids food forever to come out. French Onion soup was bread pudding consistency. We weren't given any apology from the waitress which whom had an awful attitude from the beginning and non professional. My brother in - laws spinach twice and by the third time we asked her for it she just said "ok" so I then asked her ma'am do you have an attitude we just want the spinach and she bucked at me very fiercely and said ma'am no I don't and I don't appreciate you asking me that. Now what way is that talk to your customer let alone your body language was out of charecter. The food finally came out and we were missing two salads. Once I asked for the salads it was another attitude. I asked the manager was he the one back in the kitchen cooking because we couldn't figure out why it was taking so long for food to come out let alone the unprofessional atmosphere. Rick or Vick I believe was his name. He said he only had two line cooks. One doing salads and soups the other doing meals. Eventually the waitress came back over never once asked how the food was not apologized but said that the manager is taking care of the bill and anything else we wanted. After that we just got up and left. Didn't want anything else on the MENU! Awful service!
