JULY 27/2024 my wife and i went to dinner and i ordered a nine ounce flos filet and my wife ordered shrimp well when the order came to the table there was this little piece of steak on my plate and i asked if this was the 9 ounce filet and the waiter said if there was a problem they could remake it so i said yes and they brought me back out a tiny piece of meat on a plate not knowing that the waiter wrote down the wrong size filet he wrote a 6 oz filet not a 9 ounce filet . not good so by then my wife had already eaten her meal and i was getting upset with the service i finaly ordered a porter house which i really didnt want .not good . check #29835 transaction #[protected] JOHN REDSTREAKE [protected] 2720 Kentner rd HATBORO PA 19040.

LongHorn Steakhouse - food and service
On January 11 2019 my friend and I went to the Longhorn Steakhouse at 240 Easton Rd, in Warrington, PA 18976. We had dined there a few times since I moved to the area nine months ago and were always satisfied before today. When we got our salads my lettuce looked like it had not been stored properly because it was more wilted then fresh and crisp and when our food was served my piece of steak, ribeye, had more fat and gristle then that cut of meat should have. Our salad dishes were never cleared away, my friend asked for a refill of his drink and never got it from the waitress, we had to ask the person who sat us. When the man brought the drink he also ignored to used dishes and left them there also. We never received bread while waiting for the meal, we had to ask for bread when the food was served, and we had to wait a long time for the waitress to finally bring us our check and had to wait again for the change. There was no professional, courteous, service being performed at Longhorn today.
