My mechanic was to replace drive belt on 4/16/19: On 4/4/19 at 11am I called to see if they had a drive belt for 2003 GMC Sonoma. Trish, Manager, said yes had Gates in stock and would have to order ac/delco. 11:45am called to place order. Said must do in person by 12pm in order to receive next day. At store by 11:55am, to find out have until 1pm to place an order for next day delivery. Tried to use a coupon and even though it had expired Trish said she would be able to still help me out with some type of discount. After phone call, Trish was not able to do so. I placed order and paid extra for next day delivery. Went to store on 4/5/19 around 7pm to pick up part. Part not there and told (after Duane) made a call that the part was order as a 2 day delivery instead of next day and said part would be received 4/6/19. Spoke with Duane on 4/6/19 at 12:30pm to see if part was there and when it might come in. He said it would be sometime on 4/6/19 but would definitely be delivered. In meantime, I rescheduled drive belt replacement with mechanic to 4/7/19. Trish, Manager, calls at 1:30pm to say part will not be coming in on 4/6/19. Said she called and was told there was a 5-7 day delivery on ac/delco parts and that she didn't know about and the computer system did not advise her of when placing order. Needless to say, I'm canceling this order and going with another vendor to obtain it. When asked if there was some type of discount she could give me on future purchases, she said she didn't have anything available for me. This experience was terrible and left a bitter taste with me. Hope you are able to provide me some positive feedback and/or future discount. As now I have to order the part from someone else and schedule another appointment. Very frustrated!
