Chili's Grill & Bar

Went to your restaurant 02/29/2020 for dinner. I order the sirloin steak dinner. I finally got my dinner after waiting 40 minutes and everything was cold. Spoke to the manager and he repace my dinner. It took so long (again) that I ask him to please give it to me to go. Get hime about 15 minutes later to eat it and guess what, they took and reheat the same meal they sent to me cold. The sides over cooked and the steak burned. I guessed I didn't suppose to know this...wow I'm a cook myself and I would have never given anyone this food. This is really sad to me that the manager who let this happen after he was the one who told me he was going to make it right. Thanks for the bad food and bad service from the manager.
