I came to return an item that I purchased at a different location and the salesperson told me that I can't return the item because they don't have any sales and suggested for me to go to another store to return it. I've never heard of that before but she continued with the return. She didn't pay attention to what receipt she had and told me that the item I was returning couldn't be returned and I told her that I have the receipt in the shoe box. She gave me an attitude when I told her. She was very unprofessional telling me that she wouldn't go forward with the return since she knew I was already irate with the situation with her trying to refuse to let me return the item.
Desired outcome: You need to have your employees train on providing better customer service and act more professionally amongst customers.
