I came inside your store and ordered a pair of Nikes on 12/22/23. I was told that they were being shipped to my house. They assured me that they would get to me before my 55th birthday which was on 12/28/23. They never came. I called the store into the second week of January. The manager which was a female gave me the corporate number in which I called. The lady who I spoke with informed me that they had already been delivered. I informed her that they were not delivered. I was snowed in for 4 days and I watched the mail and even our camera did not show any packages being delivered. I told her I wanted a refund. She took my information and told me that it would take 7-10 business days to hit my account. Here it is over 50 days later and my funds have yet to be deposited. I called the local store to get the corporate number again and the gentleman that answered said that he was the manager, James. He was VERY rude and he game me an incorrect number to the corporate office. I informed him several times so he told me to look it up. I looked ot uo and found the correct number in which I spoke with Candace M. Who was very pleasant and helpful. My experience with Hibbets has been horrible! I should not have to wait darn near 2 months to get my refund if 123.05 back when it took them only seconds to deduct it from my account!
