Motel 6

I made a reservation on sunday the 14th and when i arrived i was told there were not rooms left and that an issue could not be refunded, until managment arrived which would be until the next day, was given the information for Steven which i was told was that manager at this location, spoke to him and was very unwilling to help said that he would not approve this refund for a reason he could not explain, we never checked in! We were even told by the front desk that we would get a refund the next day, and when i tried to explain this to him he immediately cut me off and said, " it's simple NO and proceeded to hang up" when i called back he refused to talk to me and was hung up again! One of the worst experinces of my life! I reall would like a refund for this, i never checked in and when i tried to get a refund in person i was told i had to wait and upon waitinf i still was not assited. the reservation was under Anthojy Hernandez.
