Im very upset about the experence and the way managment. I talked to the manager of a location the way that I wa spoken to was unprofessional and I think I deserve an apology. I will never go back to this place and spend my har earned money. My order was wrong and I spent over 40$ on this crap but I will not spend anymore. I was told that I didnt contact the business in a timely manner which is untrue I called the store right after my son told me about the food I didnt get an answer so I went online the same day and made a complaint I receieved an email saying I would here back from the location in 3 days I did not. So I called the store spoke to the manager and he told me that he would call me back informed him that I was on my way to work and he could just leave me a voicemail. I recieved no call from him. I called the store today and the manager on duty said she would get him to call me today. Which a gain he did not. At the begining of this I just wanted my order remade but now I would like a full refund of my money. You do not talk to me disrespectful when I am spending my money with your business.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF MY MONIES AND AN APOLOGY FROM THE STORE MANAGER FOR HIS RUDENESS
