I purchased a 3-year pre-paid maintenance subscription for my leased vehicle. I have made on time payments on the package for 2 years and am current to date. I'm being told by service department, it is not under my contract so I must pay out of pocket, even though I have provided them a copy of the contract.
Because I live out of state, I cannot simply walk into the dealership to resolve the issue and I shouldn't have to. I should be able to call the dealership, speak with a live person, be respected as a customer and have the issue resolved.
I have called every day for the past 4 days at least 5 times a day, leaving messages, emailing and not one person has returned a phone call or email message.
My vehicle is being held hostage until this issue is resolved unless I pay additional money out of pocket, for a service I've already pre-paid and have paid into for the past 2 years.
The level of disrespect from being ignored is beyond me, as if I have done something to them to deserve this kind of treatment. I don't expect this kind of treatment from any brand, let alone a luxury brand.
Desired outcome: a phone call from the dealership to resolve the issue so that I may retrieve my vehicle
