On Nov 6, 2020 I purchased CVS Multivitamin Item number 346752 on a promotion "buy one get one free". The store only had one item and the store associate gave me a raincheck for the other item. I visited the store several times and the item was out of stock. On May 23, 2021 I visited the store again and the item was still out of stock and I spoke to the manager Sandra. She agreed to sell me another item at a higher price and I agreed to pay the difference. At the cashier she asked me fore the receipt and I told her that it has been 7 months when I first purchased the item and during this period I lost the receipt but luckily I took a picture of the Raincheck to make sure I have a copy of the receipt. The Manager Sandar insisted I provide the original copy of the receipt and I told her copy of the receipt shows the transaction and therefore CVS must honor the document they provided me otherwise it will be scam. She refused to assist me and I told her I will take legal action and I will contact CVS for help.
