Food City

I was in Bristol visiting family at the food city in Bristol va on Euclid ave. I went into the restrooms I was waiting for one of the 2 stalls to become available when I could hear a lady making a crunchy sound and then heard her sniff her nose extremely long and hard. About a few seconds later the lady had dropped a half straw on the ground it started to roll away when she hurried and stepped on it. Afterwards she comes out of stall and I seen a white powder on the outside of her nose. And to top it she was a employee in the bakery, walks out without washing her hands. I hurry and glance and the name was Courtney. I was not trying to watch anything from the floor to bottom of door you can clearly see if someone drops something under the stall without looking. Then she goes right back to the bakery this is absolutely disgusting and in my 54 years of life have never witnessed something so disturbing. I pray something happens before someone catches a buzz (not funny) or some disease because of her.
