Cvs does not care about my health and play games
and risk my health.
The CVS pharmacy app lists fill date.
The pharmacy reports the sold date to the cdc.
The doctor gets the information from cdc.
This leaves me the patient with wrong data. I go off the information on your app so I know when to get the prescriptions I need.
The new pharmacist made everything worse was not helpful. She just said the doctor ordered it on the new date yet according to cvs app I would run out.
I am on time sensitive medication. I cannot just go off my medication it has bad results.
So now I dont know when the prescription will be filled. If you don't have any on stock it could be an additional 3 days.
I really miss the pharmacist Greg. He knew the information and didn't jerk me around.
Yesterday I had to stand at the desk for a very long time. I was first in line ane but the pharmacist took and filled other prescriptions and ignored me for April 20 mints probably longer which is like hours for my body.
Desired outcome: Change data on cvs app, and tech staff how to talk with customers
