Best Buy - Retail customer sales

On 2022-06-28 I went to the Best Buy store at 844 W Telegraph St Ste 1, Washington, UT and had one of the worse retail experiences I've had in years. We entered the store about an hour before closing. The person at the door barely noticed us enter, even though we were one of only two customers in the store with about 1/2 dozen employees on the scene. After walking around looking for what we came to purchase for about 5 minutes, I decided to ask someone where I could find the printer cords only to be told they were helping someone else already quite rudely. They did stop long enough to point at a shelf behind us to say what we are looking for might be there if they have it. We proceeded to look for 1 of the 3 items we came in for, after another 5 minutes looking over the shelves we finally located it. Then we moved to the printers, still getting no offer of help; the "employees" were busy at the front of the store socializing with each other. After another ten minutes of looking through the printers they had stocked on the shelf we pick a printer we didn't want because we couldn't find the one we wanted and we were offered no assistance. We needed one final item and finally found an employee who wouldn't even look at us when we asked if keyboard covers were available at the store. The employee responded with "We don't have it" and quickly walked away to slam closed all the computers on display for closing I presume.

When it was time to make our purchase, we moved to the front of the store and the people at the registers didn't know if we could buy what we brought to the front. One person just stood there saying they weren't sure if we could buy it (1/2 hour before closing). Finally, she asked another employee, "the new guy" if he could ring us up. Then my wife, who was purchasing the printer, made the mistake of asking a question about something printed on the box. A guy with neck tattoos standing around the whole time just watching then decides to come over and lean on the printer box folding his arm over the box getting his face near our purchase and proceed to flirt with my wife, not actually being able to answer the question after he felt up our printer box.

All in all this was one of the top ten worse retail experiences I ever had and I would suggest everyone avoid this store.
