Supercuts - Bad highlight, bad haircut and falsely accused of not paying

On April 17th I made an appt for highlights and hair cut. I was assured stylist was ver experiemced and would do an excellent job, my stylist name was Jazzy.
I request highlights all over except for base of head.
The stylist was very rough in how she handled my hair, and her technique for placing foils was completely inadequate.
As you will be able to see from the pictures provided.
At the end of the process, I really couldn't see the top well enough to evaluate the lack of highlights on the top towards the back, but I did note a big spot in the front lacking highlight, so requested she correct it, so she added a bit in the front in my bang area, from the front it appeared okay when finished.
I proceeded to go pay, and when I did, on my first attempt to pay, I mistakingly used the wrong card and it was declined, so they reset things so I could pay with another card. I paid with my bank card, ando on my end with the card reader, I did all the prompts and it went through and told me to remove my card and indicated the transaction was accepted. After I paid, their computerized register froze up, and they had to restart it and then told me the payment did not go through because it didnt show up on their register.
At this point I logged into my bank app and found that the charge had gone through, and it showed up as a pending charge as do all new charges on my statement. I showed this to the employee, who still aurgued with me I had not paid because it didnt show up on their end. At this point I told them I would not pay again, since the charge showed on my bank statement, but that if for some reason it dropped off my statement, I was happen to repay.
At this point they agreed to this, and they made sure they had my personal information, and I went home, and it seemed all was mutually agreed upon in a pleasant manner.
I went home and looked in the mirror to inspect my hair and discovered the lack of highlights on my scalp towards the back, and also underneath at the scalp. I called back the store and discussed with a different hairdresser my dissatisfaction, and the conversation seemed amicable from both sides, and they asked me to come in so they could look at it and resolve it for me.
I returned immediately and was handled by thebwoman I sople on the phone with, whose name I dont have, who didnt do my hair, and upon me showing her my hair, she began to argue with me over it, and then told me until I paid they would not be fixing my hair. I told her if they wanted to wait until they resolved what happened on their end about the payment, that was fine with me. The employee got rude and started to insist I repay right then and there, and that they could refund me if I got charged twice, and again, I refused politely and said I couldn't afford to tie my money up like that, and that my account had already been charged.
Then she got loud and called me a thief, so I said I wasnt going to be treated like that and quietly got up and walked out, not wishing to engage in a an aurgument in front of clients in the store. She proceeded to follow me out of the store, yelled at me that I needed to let them take pictures as proof or I might go home and sabotage my own hair, which was extremely insulting.
She continued to follow me outside to my car calling me a thief, and then called the police on me.
This was all extremely distressing as I have a heart and medical condition that caused my heart rate to excelerate very high, so I was shaken as I drove home.
Once home a police officer called me to question me about the incident, and I relayed the events, about paying and the charges showing on my account. He told me my actions were reasonable and that he would not consider filing a report against me, and told me he had previous experience with employees at that salon.
This kind of thing should never ever happen to a client, and it was overly traumatizing for me, and I paid for a horrible service and outcome.
I would hope the salon would make this right by me and refund me for the service, so I can go elswhere and get my hair corrected, but I refuse to use another Supercuts salon after that experience, as my confidence has been shaken in the poor skills I encountered.
I also noted afterall of that, a section of of hair that she missed when cutting and included a picture if that too, and a copy if my bank statement showing the payment after it posted.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter

Desired outcome: Apology and refund of service
