Ideal Image

On 12/23/21 I had a consultation for CoolSculpting done. During this 45 minute appointment with the provider, I applied for a loan through Ally Lending and signed a contract. I scheduled my first appointment which ended up being canceled by the provider, the second appointment was again cancelled by the provider. I decided at this time I would no longer have the procedure done and requested to cancel the loan through Ally. Ideal Image called me today, informing me that I owed the money to them whether I have the procedure completed or not. Craig Gentry was disrespectful and degrading as he informed me that they would take me to court if I did not pay this. It felt threatening, and I should not have to pay for services I no longer want and did not receive.
