The sales representative came to my door and presented the solar service like you would never have another electric bill again, lie#1. She said they would reimburse you for moving your service to a company more solar friendly, lie #2. Warranty on your roof, lie #3 and more.
Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. I got a loan for my system and have been paying for it over six months, to-date I have received $5 credit on my electric bills, the system does not work. They were supposed to set us up so we could manage and see if our panels were working, that never happened. I was supposed to receive a generator installation thirty days after the panel install that never happened. I have called, emailed, texted my sales rep, the manager, KiFi, Launch Services and all the other parties involved, but to no avail.
Claimed loss: $58,000
Desired outcome: Credit the loan and call it a day. I don't trust them at all. I have been calling an emailing for months and they make promises, but don't keep them.
