I was visiting the Popeyes at 9802 FM 1764 in Texas City the afternoon of Nov 22. It was packed on the drive through so I went inside the lobby. The first word that was said to me was "go out the drive through door when I'm finished getting the order". The person who said it was working the drive through window and talked very rudely to me. Another employee working the front registers was complaining out loud how there wasn't enough help. By that time I had already paid for my take order and waited. It was 30 minutes before I was given the order and walked out. The employees dealing with public were very rude and unprofessional. It was overall a bad day to visit that Popeyes. I eat at Popeyes regularly 2 to 3 times a month and have never been this badly treated by any other store. Receipt Info: Popeyes #3499... Order total was $17.51, order # 63. Thank you...
