Pizza Hut

I am upset regarding your advertising I receive in the mail coupons which our local Pizza Hut store will not honor. On 07-14-23, I spoke to the store manager, Justin, at the Springtown store and presented the coupon for “$10 ANY SIZE, ANY CRUST, ANY TOPPINGS”. Justin stated he will not honor this coupon as it is not from his store. No where on the coupon/ad does the coupon have any location restriction. I ended paying the full price of $19.38. Justin said the “code” on the coupon (AMPEX0709P2) is not for his store. How are we suppose to know what the code means? I also know of other customers having the same question. Why will the Pizza Hutt in Springtown not honor these coupons? Is that to boost his profits? Is this false advertising? I am perplexed. Can you please provide an explanation.
