My family and I went to Taco Bell drive through (Location 4007 IH 35 S
San Marcos, TX 78666) on Wednesday July 7th 2021 around 5 - 5:30pm. We were greeted by someone who sounded very bored and a bit irritated and placed our order (3 - Chicken Supreme Chalupas, 2 - Soft Tacos, 3 - Bean Burritos, 1 - Taco party pack (Soft/Hard Taco), 2 - Chicken Chipotle Melts, 4 - Burritos Supreme, Cinnamon Twists and a Large Sprite. Everything but the Party pack, 2 Soft Tacos, twists and Sprite were wrong. We were given our Party Pack, the soft tacos, twists and Sprite. Everything else was normal bean burritos. We went through and let them know that we didn't get our Burrito Supremes, Chalupas or Melts. The Attitude we were given was that of irritation and complete indifference. We were given our Chalupas and Melts but they insisted that they gave us the Burrito Supremes, they also stated that we were given extras, but we told them we didn't want them but they wouldn't take them back. We handed over the bag so they could check, they gave it back and stated they had given us 5 Layer Burritos and that counted as Burritos Supremes (We didn't get either). So, we didn't get the burritos we asked and paid for. We were not given a receipt at anytime, so I am unable to provide names, but the manager was also involved. Thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: We don't want a refund or free food, just want some one to speak with them regarding the overall attitude (at least pretend to care) and order taking accuracy (also wouldn't hurt to make giving out the receipt a mandatory thing).
