Employee has ad posted on OfferUp for James Avery charms for $19.99 went into the store found the charms got charged wrong price when I saw my receipt I was charged an extra $10 on the same charm also instead of 19.99 they charged me $20. Diana, Ashley and the manager that was on duty had horrible customer service. Cashier Diana did not let me know about price changes or couldn't property tell me why I wasn't getting the price on the ad. I asked for a refund back the workers didn't even know how to do that.
Claimed loss: Now i have to wait 3 days for my refund to go into my bank of $97.41
Desired outcome: Wish manager was willing to work with me and the situation
