They lent me 660$ I have done an extension for the last 2 to 3 months. My maturity date was September 6, 2024. I had a family emergency so I called yesterday 9/17/2024. I spoke with Arlette and Karen at that store and they both told me they were going to give me a two day extension before the item was placed for sale. I went to the store today at 6:44 PM to pay the fees and to get the necklace out and one employee told me that it was sold the other day so I spoke with Karen and she told me it was sold today. When I spoke with Arlette and Karen, the conversation was recorded. They told me that auditors went today and that they had to sell the item. Why would an employee tell me that they will hold item for two days and then the next day tell me that it’s sold. That is very unprofessional and disrespectful. That necklace was given to me by my grandfather, and I hope something is done for me to get my necklace back. She told me it’s sold for $1300.
