This is regarding the trade-in deal to Car Town Hyundai, San Angelo, TX. It is almost a month since I traded in a pickup for a new Hyundai Venue. I cannot understand why I am not able to get the $4,000 that they owe me. The truck I traded in and the new car were both financed by Hyundai. For 3 weeks, I was told they were waiting on funding approval from Hyundai. At the beginning of the 4th week, I was told they were waiting for the title of the truck. In my first complaint, I detailed my attempts to talk to dealership personnel, with no success.
