Ross Dress for Less

I shopped at Ross in Rockwall, TX off I 30 and Ridge Rd. on 11-3-20. I m not a frequent Ross shopper but do remember as a reminder, the checkout clerk would ask me, to show my driver's license if I wanted my 10% disc. What happened to those day s? I did not think to ask for the discount, walked out, then turned around and walked back in and informed one the supervisor s who had come up to the register to help the clerk who had just wrung me up if she, herself would need to assist the clerk whose line I was back in for help. The supervisor loud talked me, so that I would be embarrassed and I was. Shame on her. It was unprofessional, insensitive and unethical. She and the tall slender E. Indian supervisor, both need to learn about courtesy and do away with their haughty spirit. Im 70 year s old and just because I didn't think to ask for my discount which, is why I have gone on a tuesday, should not be a reason to penalize me.
