Cookies by Design

I placed an order on May 7th for a May 9th Delivery at a cost of 39.95 for shipping. This was offered and I took it because it was a special occasion. Not Mothers Day, a 75th Birthday. The order was not delivered on the 9th. I got an email on the 11th from a Matt Guery saying the overwhelming orders and Covid 19 affected the deliveries, how do I wish to proceed, keep the delivery at a later date or opt for a refund. I responded to credit me the $39.95 shipping fee but to still deliver the cookies. That email came back as undeliverable. I then went to the site to reach out through the customer sevice email which also came back as undeliverable. I called the number on the website which offers you to leave a voice message but there is no instruction how to or a message indicator, just a recording that keeps playing. I called several times and finally pushed a bunch of different numbers and got a recording. I left a message and still have not heard back. items still not delivered as of today 5/19/20.
