Capital One

Capital one has placed a hold on my 360 checking account. I mistakenly deposited a 3rd party check into my personal account in the amount of about $ 3100. They have lied and claimed they called vanguard who issued the check. However vanguard has no record of receiving a call from them. I need Capital one to call vanguard customer service and verify that I'm the Administrator of my Moms estate and entitled to the funds. Capital one can ask for the retirement section at [protected].
