Long John Silver's

This is the 2nd time I have gone to the location on 42nd in Odessa, Tx and they are NOT up & running at 11am. The sign said open at 10:30. The last time I called the district Mgr Ben out of San Angelo, Tx & filed a complaint. Nothing seems to have changed because I went again today at 11:00 and when I finally got someone to come to the window they told me it was going to be another 30 minutes since their system was down (this was the excuse I got last time). When I called to get the managers name to talk with her she wasn't in the store but shopping so I asked for her name & number I got this: Joanna [protected]. I called that number but she never answered. I then told the girl about them needing to get their [censored] together & open up on time & her response to me was "All this for food" and "yeah right whatever" so I then told her that I was going to call corporate and she laughed and said "yeah ok". Why even have the store open? I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to the other location on west co rd if I want to eat at your restaurant. Well NO MORE. I've had it! I'll take my business elsewher
