Discount Tire

On Saturday February 20, 2021, I went to the Discount Tire located at 6306 82nd St Lubbock, TX 79424. I had a low tire on the rear passenger side. I waited in line behind a few other automobiles. When it was my turn I ask the employee by the name of Duane (Preskey) if they could please air my tire up. He rudely replied with no it is almost to the rim and we will not air it up with it being that low! "I'm still trying to figure out how he could make that judgment seeing how he never even looked at the tire. He had no idea how low it was. When I pulled into the parking lot all he could see was the driver side and the direction that I was going down the street was on the drivers side and he never walked around and looked at that particular tire. He had absolutely no idea how much air was in that tire! If the tire was to low, which he had no idea if it was or wasn't, he could have been polite with something such as"Ma'am our policy is there needs to be a certain amount of air in the tire or we can't air it up."He never looked to see how low it was. This situation should have been handled totally different. I drove across the street to Walmart and drove around to the automotive side, ask the gentlemen there if they could air up my tire his reply was"Yes ma'am if you will please pull over to the bay I'll get my long hose and get it aired up for you". Way to go Walmart!
