I went in with coupon in hand and the Manager told the cashier No substitutions only what the coupon rings up for. Well it rang up a wing and a leg. My coupon shows a picture and reads
2 Pc signature chicken, reg. side, biscuit & small drink 5.99 plus tax. The picture shows a thigh and a leg. The cashier the took a stack of coupons he had to the side and all the codes were ringing up the same wing and a leg. This manger then convinced cashier it was a wing see how it's bent right. Like I am stupid. As I previously stated all codes came up wing & leg. When some describe tenders and other variety of coupons. So this Manager needs to be made aware he was wrong. He or the company didn't put the coupon codes into the register right. I left without buy anything and do not recommend this store to anyone. I did write a Google review as well not a satisfied customer.
Desired outcome: Manager corrected and right codes in register!
