Straight Talk Wireless - robbed me of $50.00
I reactivated my phone service through Straight Talk on June 20th 2013. Three days later my phone couldn't send nor receive calls or text messages. It took 3 days to get the phone working. On June 25th, 2 days after the first incident, the entire network went down. No one in the technical department have a clue to what is wrong with the phone. I was told Thursday the 27th that there was an outtage in a 30 mile radius of me and by 9pm that night I would be able to have my network running and access to my phone. It is Monday, July 1, 2013 and my phone is still not working and still does not have a network. Straight Talk refuses to refund me my $50.00.

I had this problem a while back. Purchased their $200 phone, and their $45.00 unlimited service which actually charged me $60.00 instead. I did not receve one ounce of service. For the entire month of service after activation i couldn't recieve or send text or phone calls, or browse the web without using WIFI. I called customer service up 3 to 4 times a week. spending upwards to 5 hours at one point on the phone with a customer service rep. Each one giving me a different excuse, but no help. one told me verizon has no service in my area, why my cousin's verizon phone had full bars right next to me. they would tell me that same story but with other service providers as well. In other words, they never intended to help me get my service, never gave me a refund for the phone or the service, and wasted more of my time dealing with their CSR than i'd like to admit. If i didn't know people with working straighttalk phones, i'd think they were a false organization
