I am a former resident of Apartment M212, prior to moving out I wrongly over paid my rent and was told it could not be refunded back to me until I have moved out. Today as I write this complaint it is being over four (4) months and the apartment management no longer pick up my calls.

I am being owed $866 in excess rent and a $200 dollar down payment for the apartment all together sums up to $1066, before I take legal actions which I will do very soon I wanted to make sure that I bring this to your notice. The negligence and lack of professionalism is alarming the former management prior to Greystar never neglected tenants complain like this. All I am asking for is my money and rightfully so.

I have been working with Obed Alvarez, the assistant Property manager he seems to have little control over this matter. Please advise at your convenient how this matter can be resolved as I cannot afford to wait any further for my money.
