I was at the CVS located at 11600 FM 1960 West, Houston, TX 77065. When I checked out of the "self check out" since no one was around, my receipt was all blank with no printing at all. I think while I was shopping, another person had the same problem, but I didn't know what it was until I checked out too. The young girl working there was clueless and then said "oh, I think the paper was put in wrong". So there I was, no receipt and no coupons after spending $77.00 in that awful store. She offered no help, no solution at all. I was so mad! I asked to see the manger and she said she was the manger, oh please! I will never step foot in that store again. You all suck!
Desired outcome: COUPONS!!!!!! Store managers that actually care! Better customer service.
