CubeSmart - Denied access

This weekend I was denied access in my storage I do not have any past due balance the store manager was rude and didn’t not send any emails out to warn the clients my email is [protected]@gmail.com I run a business out of my storage and had to refund my customers there was no signs to warn the clients and the manager caught a attitude giving me wrong information

Desired outcome: I would like reimbursement on my money I lost and I would like the manager fired
