My daughter and her husband bought a house at $133, 000 the house was put in the pad on Monday February 24 2020 there are a few things on the outside that need to be moved . When my son in law contacted Carla she informed him it couldn't happen that they would have to take it back to the warehouse. The water Spicket is sitting on top of the dryer vent and the air conditioner quick connect is sittin about 4 inches to the left of the back door making it impossible to Tx standards to buil a safety handrail for a set of stairs let alone a deck because the air conditioner will have to sit there . Now Carla has told us all that it will not be moved and if it is it will have to be paid for by my daughter and son in law and if they moved it, it WILL void the warranty ! We went with them when they bought this house and my husband is doing a lot of the things adding up to about $30, 000 the pad the electric pole and underground wiring and the decks . She has informed my son in law that the warranty will again be voided because my husband is not going to do it right lol he's been doing this kind of thing for 26 years with a very successful business . In talking with Carla she is extremely rude and is constantly threatening my kids of voiding the warranty! My kids are very excited about their new home because it is their first home but she is making it miserable ! My husband and I asked her yesterday on the 25th to speak with her boss 3 times at which time she hung up on us then she called us back we asked her again for her bosses number at which time she said her boss was out of the country so we asked to get the number for the corporate office and again she hung up on us
