McDonald's

I ordered food around 9:40. I waited about 30 minutes or so, got my food around 10:20ish. Noticed my food bag was pretty light, no fluids moving or ice making sound. I went inside and noticed no large Dr. Pepper. Not the first time this has happened. I order food pretty often different apps sometimes, on different devices. I recently have a new phone and had to make a new account for Uber Eats, I've order from two different McDonald's in my area, I get food left out, a drink is missing, or a meal is completely messed up. This has happened several times. In the instructions they are always the same and clear not even that difficult. I always order the same thing for the last several years, not once different. There is a drink holder in my bag, and there's no drink. I'm tired of spending 30 or more dollars every time and always something is messed up. (I'm writing this from my PC so I can't upload any pictures at this time, they are on my phone.)
