Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a patient of Dr. Christopher Pack, office location: 4229 E. Lancaster Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76103, Phone: 817/799/5008. My dr. referred me to Essential Endodontics (3880 Hulen St. # 310, Fort Worth, TX76107, 817/737/7668) for two root canals and then he put crowns on my tooth. After that I was hurting my both crowns. I told my dr. Pack several times, but my doctor was ignoring my symptoms and complains. It's been more than a year. Every time when I say to the dr. I am having so much pain, he was saying don't worry about it, it will go away by self. Finally, Dr. Pack sends to Essential Endodontics on 6/23/2023. When they took my complete mouth Xray, they found out both of my root canal raptured. They have to remove my root canal and redo all the procedures. When I told Dr. Pack, he said he will talk to his superiors about this problem. Today one of the customer service girls Thresha called me and told me, Dr. Pack said we cannot do anything about my problem. Essential Endodontics Dr. Miguel Martinez D.M. D told me I should come early, then it will be no charge but now it is late. Dr. Pack should send me earlier so I can get my root canal fix earlier. Please response back.
