Tractor Supply

I have used Tractor Supply for refilling my 100lb propane cylinder the last couple of refills because it is close to home. I have had three back surgery's and am severely limited to what I can do. I am also 70 years of age. Because Tractor supply requires that the cylinder be removed from my truck so it can be placed on the scale for filling it means the full cylinder weighs in excess of 150lbs after filling. The store I use has a woman assigned to the filling of the tanks and she cannot provide a lot of help for reloading. The last time I loaded it in my truck I was bedridden for 3 days from the process. The first time I filled it I had to wait for a motor home to finish filling its built in tanks and the second time I waited for a mobile food truck to fill up also a built in fuel tank. My question is why am I required to unload a 100lb tank to have it filled with no one to help get it back into my truck? I tried to get it filled while it is strapped in the up right position for transportation but the person refuses to fill it. If Tractor Supply cannot find a way to accomadate a disabled person I will be forced to go elsewhere with my propane bussiness and the $1,000's I have spent there in the past year.
