YES! Communities - ac is out management suxs, never present in office.
Well ill start out by saying I just sent a 350 words complaint to channell 10 news here in my beautiful city of Corpus Christi, Tx . I wanted to add how our Ac went out since this past Friday and it is Monday and no one is in the office! Despite my mom of 79 yrs old facing a whopinh 103 degrees is not by all dangerous. But it will be when somethings bad happens to her. However your management is terrible and i hope this place gets torn down. It is ran by the worst people and no one wants to live here nor work here.

We understand that the community management has placed a temporary A/C unit within the home and that an A/C repair company is coming out today to fix the issue. The toilet issue is also being fixed. The regional manager contacted you and did apologize for the inconvenience and that the voicemail left on the emergency maintenance answering machine was not immediately received and acted upon. Again the community and the regional management team apologizes for any inconvenience, but they are working diligently to repair all maintenance issues at hand.
